Keeping the centre panel made from the same material as the frame, rather than a poor quality veneer, not only increases stability but also a better colour match. The 8mm solid centre panel gives the door a very solid sound. Once oiled the natural quality and grain of the European Oak is clearly visible. They are all unfinished blanks and individually boxed for safe transportation. We can supply anything from an individual replacement door to a container on a forward order basis.

European Oak Door Appearance:

In the white and sanded to 150 grit the door is ready to be oiled or finished with the product of your choice.

This is an example of the door once oiled with Danish Oil. Clearly bringing out the natural quality of the hardwood product.

*European Oak Door Construction:*

Keeping the centre panel made from solid oak and not poor quality veneers gives a better colour match to the door frame. Also the thicker 8mm panel gives the door a more solid sound and sturdy structure.		The frame is held together by clean and sturdy mortice and tenon joints and no pins.
